Customer Experience Associate

The role of a Customer Experience Associate is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for walk-in customers at the Experience Center.

  • Welcome and guide customers through their journey, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of CRM systems and linked portals to effectively manage customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation, promoting a seamless experience.
  • Support product upselling initiatives at the Experience Center, driving revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer experience and minimize wait/service times, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Empower customers with confidence and self-assurance, enabling effective service delivery.
  • Tackle customer complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining trust.
  • Prioritize customer retention and churn management, optimizing business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales, driving performance excellence.
