Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working in project management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold company-wide standards for project management.
  • Set up, manage, and automate Atlassian Jira in alignment with established project management standards.
  • Supervise the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to completion.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and devise strategies to address them.
  • Compile and present detailed status updates and essential metrics.
  • Organize project-related meetings and ensure seamless communication among departments.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation and evaluations.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Aid in the distribution of resources and in planning for capacity.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Expertise in utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional communication abilities encompassing both written and verbal forms.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented approach combined with the ability to lead and guide.
  • A computer science or business graduate with a major in project management.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years in a PMO coordinator position preferably within custom software development firms.
