About this role: Senior Marketing Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will have a clear strategy and the ability to execute it with commitment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Build comprehensive marketing strategies from scratch, create engaging content for blogs and ads, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  2. Lead Marketing Implementation: Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing processes across various channels, including content, PR, social media, events, and performance marketing.
  3. Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and lead go-to-market marketing strategies to attract new prospects, increase traffic, and generate leads.
  4. Create Compelling Content: Craft compelling content copies for campaigns and organic channels, leveraging data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  5. Execute Lead Generation Campaigns: Execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing ABM tactics and other enterprise-focused marketing activities to drive business results.
  6. Support Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support demand generation strategies.
  7. Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives: Own and analyze marketing KPIs and OKRs, manage web assets, A/B testing, paid campaigns, and marketing tools to optimize digital marketing performance.
  8. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  9. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to inform marketing decisions, iterate growth strategies, and ensure return on investment (ROI).
  10. Industry Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends to define and follow best practices, driving innovation and growth in marketing efforts.
  11. Market Research: Conduct market and customer research to inform marketing strategies and ensure they meet business objectives.
  12. Culture of Experimentation: Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and growth innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
  1. Marketing Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Strong Skills: Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency with analytics tools, and ownership mindset.
  3. Data Literacy: Data-literate, able to analyze metrics and tell stories with data.
  4. Experience: Experience in B2B/B2B2C/SMB in a global environment, developing and executing marketing strategies, building growth marketing tech stacks, and performing in SEO and paid campaigns.
  5. CRM and Automation Tools: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot.
