Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing team of recruiters in the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. This role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process and manages a team of 4 consultants, focusing on permanent finance recruitment for senior leaders in prominent NFP organisations.

About the Role:

  1. Manage a team of 4 consultants on a warm desk that specialises in permanent recruitment within the finance function for NFP clients.
  2. Develop and deepen existing client relationships, working closely with senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
  3. Pursue business development opportunities by expanding services within current accounts and exploring new client prospects.
  4. Source and place highly skilled candidates for roles such as Financial Controllers, Finance Business Partners, and Junior Heads of Finance within the £50-85k salary range.
  5. Oversight of the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates, prioritising long-term relationships.
  6. Maintenance of a relationship-driven, low-fee environment, focusing on retained business rather than transactional placements.
