Customer Relationship Management Role

The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with customers to resolve their issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with customers to note their issues and liaise with field engineers or in-house engineers for resolution.
  2. Assist clients with purchases or collections of companion products.
  3. Ensure efficient handling of credit sales and payments, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Verify daily reports of engineers and technicians, and submit activity reports to ACSM.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality checks.
  • Qualification: BE (Electronics) or DAE (Electronics) with some business background.
  • Experience: At least one year working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination.
