Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
  2. Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with different departments, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders.
  6. Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.
  7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Skills Requirement:
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow co-workers and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Traveling:
Visits at client premises within the territory assigned.
