Job Role

The CRM Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring the timely resolution of their complaints. This involves receiving and logging client complaints, assigning them to engineers for resolution, and following up on visits to collect client feedback.

To achieve sales targets for Companion Products, the CRM Coordinator must be highly organized and able to coordinate with a variety of internal & external customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for making informed decisions and resolving complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in BE (Electronics) or DAE (Electronics) with some business background and at least one year working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination.

As a CRM Coordinator, you will work closely with engineers to resolve client complaints and achieve sales targets. Your excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proactive attitude will enable you to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
