
Administrative Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed
- Prepare regular financial reports and office budgets for review
- Maintain and update organizational databases efficiently
- Organize and maintain secure filing systems for sensitive company documents
- Establish relationships with vendors and obtain quotations for goods and services
- Handle payables, maintain accurate records, and adhere to financial protocols
- Review and update office policies to align with changing organizational needs
- Schedule appointments, maintain a company calendar, and book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages
- Compile and present reports and presentations containing statistical data as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and guests
- Coordinate internal and external events
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role is essential
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and best practices is crucial
- Familiarity with office management software, such as Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), is necessary
