We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate is a local professional with strong English skills, project coordination experience, and a solid understanding of office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage general office administration, documentation, and scheduling
2. Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and asset tracking
3. Support office setup or relocation, including lease negotiation and logistics
4. Arrange travel, meetings, and guest reception
5. Assist with HR support and local policy implementation
6. Support internal projects and cross-functional communication
Requirements
1. Currently living in Pakistan with legal work authorization
2. Fluent in English and Urdu
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4. 2+ years of experience in administration or office management
5. Experience working with or in Chinese companies is a plus
6. Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and multitasking skills
