Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist account managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and prioritization.
  • Inventory Management
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Analysis
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Community Engagement
  • Engage with customers and community members through forums, comments, and direct messages, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Marketing Support
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data from various platforms, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist with operational tasks requiring strong technical skills, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of online/remote work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data organization.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, RLM, Qlik, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Analytics is highly valued.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with inventory, order management systems, and data reporting platforms.
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent).
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
