Job Title: Master Operations Specialist

Job Description:
  • Oversee the operation of natural gas measuring equipment at industrial locations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Supervise data acquisition systems for customer meter stations, ensuring effective operation and maintenance within designated areas.
  • Evaluate remote monitoring equipment installed across customer meter stations and town border stations for proper functionality.
  • Monitor exceptions through remote monitoring systems and provide timely reports.
  • Develop dashboards and screens to track consumption and identify potential issues.
  • Procure necessary spares and equipment in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize manpower usage.
  • Establish key performance indicators for operations teams and promote individual growth.
  • Analyze root causes of issues, document problems, and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate field activities related to installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of data acquisition equipment across the network.
  • Manage precise gas management, accurate measurement, and pressure adherence according to demand-supply analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications engineering.

• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in remote monitoring and data acquisition in the Oil and Gas sector.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement key performance indicators.
