About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our largest line of revenue: small and medium-sized business customers.

As a Business Growth Executive, you will develop strong executive relationships and understand each client's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

You will survey prospects to understand their pain points and align those needs with our solution. You will also demo our software and solutions to fleet managers and strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Survey prospects to understand their pain points and align those needs with our solution
  • Demo our software and solutions to fleet managers and strategic customers
  • Collaborate with the account team to support and grow our customers
  • Support contract renewals and resolve problems

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from identifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Leadership and/or management experience with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers
