Store Operations Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

The Store Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of store activities. Responsibilities include inventory management, customer service, and staff coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
  3. Support in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
  4. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to minimize damage or loss.
  5. Monitor stock movement and alert regarding low stock or overstock situations.
  6. Assist in preparing stock reports for management review.
  7. Supervise store staff/helpers in loading, unloading, and arranging materials.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards within the store.
  9. Handle documentation such as GRNs, DCs, and ensure proper filing.
  10. Act as a reliever in the absence of the Store In-Charge, ensuring smooth store operations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
