Bookkeeper and Inventory Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our daily expenses and sales, prepare sales invoices, perform administrative tasks, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash inflows and outflows
  • Generate sales invoices for customers
  • Perform daily administrative duties
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Monitor inventory movements in and out of the company

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
