Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA processes and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with experience in test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • They will design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases, perform functional regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
  • This role requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
  • The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues, and will mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance with leadership responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and CI/CD
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, such as Jira, TestRail
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
