We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the high quality and reliability of our software products. This individual will have 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, creating, and executing software test cases with the QA team.
- Participate in verifying bug fixes and enhancements to contribute to the overall software quality assurance process.
- Conduct research on bug reports, verify software requirements, and provide technical support as needed.
- Cross-train on various applications within our software suite to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products.
- Provide support and mentorship to fellow Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
