Senior Treasury Manager

This role involves managing daily cash operations, banking transactions, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining liquidity, preparing cash flow forecasts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This involves working closely with the finance team to automate treasury processes and improve reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Maintain Daily Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts: Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
Banking & Payment Operations
  • Process Fund Transfers: Process fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations as per company policies.
  • Manage Bank Accounts: Manage bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions.
Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk Management
  • Support FX Transactions: Support foreign exchange (FX) transactions and track currency movements.
  • Hedge Currency Exposure: Maintain records of FX rates, contracts, and hedging activities.
Treasury & Financial Reporting
  • Prepare Treasury Reports: Prepare treasury reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis.
  • Audit Transactions: Record and document transactions accurately.
Compliance & Internal Controls
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Comply with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
  • Report to Senior Management: Report on treasury-related matters to senior management.
System & Process Improvement
  • Automate Treasury Processes: Automate treasury processes and reporting tools.
  • Enhance TMS: Enhance treasury management systems (TMS).
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 0–2 years in treasury, finance, or banking (internship experience is a plus).
  3. Skills: Understanding of cash management, FX transactions, and financial reporting.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and banking platforms.
  5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
