Business Growth Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry by managing customer relationships and fostering strong connections with dealership owners and sales agents.
- We are seeking an exceptional individual to visit seller locations, manage car sales for assigned customers, and coordinate with onboarding and buyer helpline teams for timely service execution.
- This role requires effective communication, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer success. You will engage with prospective buyers, provide vehicle information, and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles.
Sales Focus:
- You will ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at the time of transaction.
- Daily and weekly reporting to managers is also expected in specified format.
- Efficient execution of throughout transactions, following all important & key steps.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars is essential.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate individual.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Maintain high inventory levels as per targets.
- Manage seller contacts for onboard inventory and stay updated on vehicle status.
