Business Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry by managing customer relationships and fostering strong connections with dealership owners and sales agents.

  • We are seeking an exceptional individual to visit seller locations, manage car sales for assigned customers, and coordinate with onboarding and buyer helpline teams for timely service execution.
  • This role requires effective communication, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer success. You will engage with prospective buyers, provide vehicle information, and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles.

Sales Focus:

  • You will ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at the time of transaction.
  • Daily and weekly reporting to managers is also expected in specified format.
  • Efficient execution of throughout transactions, following all important & key steps.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cars is essential.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate individual.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
  • Maintain high inventory levels as per targets.
  • Manage seller contacts for onboard inventory and stay updated on vehicle status.
