- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network and strong trade relationships through continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Implement company-approved trade policies for distributors and traders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain a cost-effective sales field force structure that optimizes performance.
- Assign targets to ZSM/AZSM/FSM and monitor their daily performance to drive sales growth.
- Implement and oversee monthly trade offers that cater to market demands.
- Evaluate complete coverage of retail outlets in the region as per the SAF List, ensuring no gaps in coverage.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels at all outlets to prevent stockouts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by SKU and channel, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.
Essential Qualifications- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Effective people management skills are necessary to lead and motivate the team.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales practices, issues, and monitoring techniques is essential for success.
- Leadership and supervisory skills are required to guide the team towards achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of Sales KPIs is critical to measuring performance and making informed decisions.
