
Sales Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our goals and objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the website design and development industry.
- Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals with excellent communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships with interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
