We are a leading provider of car detailing services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales and support calls, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Continuously improve sales and customer service processes, implementing best practices and making recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Basic understanding of car types and pricing, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers about their options.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to use data to inform sales and customer service decisions.
  • Dependable and responsive, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Working Hours:

Part-time | 12:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m. (PKT) | Monday - Friday
