
Help Desk Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and validate user queries or issues.
- Ensure incidents and requests are handled according to established service level agreements.
- Prioritize and escalate incidents and problems based on business impact.
- Adhere to change management processes.
- Educate clients on supported applications.
- Achieve weekly/monthly activity KPIs.
- Become a trusted advisor by being highly knowledgeable about products and services.
- Communicate information to users through appropriate channels.
- Improve processes through analysis, reviews, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a first/second-line service desk environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Service desk qualification, such as ITIL Foundation v4.
- Ability to take ownership and manage issues effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
