The Role

You will be the key player in driving sales pipeline growth by targeting companies with untapped potential for AI-driven process optimization and automation solutions.

  • Identify Companies with Process Gaps – Uncover opportunities to optimize business processes, reduce costs, and boost revenue.
  • Outreach & Educate – Establish connections with decision-makers through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Qualify & Book Calls – Align client needs with Knoa's AI & automation solutions, scheduling discovery calls that drive conversions.
  • CRM Management – Effectively manage leads in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Freshsales to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team – Hand off qualified opportunities and share market insights to refine sales messaging and targeting.
What Success Looks Like
  • A robust funnel of qualified leads
  • Consistent booking of discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Conversions from prospects to valued clients for AI & automation services
  • Significant contribution to refining sales processes and outreach strategies
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles (SaaS, AI, or automation experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in CRM management using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Freshsales
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present cost-saving, revenue-driving solutions to executives
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
