The Role

We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fill and grow Knoa's sales pipeline by targeting companies that can benefit from AI-driven process optimization and VA solutions.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating demand, booking meetings, and helping them see how Knoa can lower costs while increasing revenue.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Build Leads – Identify companies with process gaps or high operational costs

Outreach & Educate – Reach decision-makers via LinkedIn, calls, and email

Qualify & Book Calls – Align client needs with Knoa's AI & VA solutions, schedule discovery calls

CRM Management – Track and nurture leads in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Freshsales

Collaborate with Sales Team – Hand off qualified opportunities and share market insights to improve messaging & targeting

What Success Looks Like
  • A strong funnel of qualified leads
  • Discovery calls booked consistently with decision-makers
  • Conversions from prospects → signed clients for AI & VA services
  • Contribution to refining sales process & outreach strategy
What You'll Bring
  • 2–4 years in BDR/SDR roles (SaaS, AI, staffing, or automation experience preferred)
  • Proven CRM experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Freshsales
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present cost-saving, revenue-driving solutions to executives
  • Driven, target-oriented mindset
