Job Title: Sales Performance Manager
The role of a Sales Performance Manager offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, providing growth potential and the chance to become one of our top performers. The position is a hands-on position where sales targets and performance are paramount.
Scope of Work:
- Drive, manage, develop, and coordinate the open enrollment of university students, recent graduates, and young employed/unemployed professionals in Pakistan into online courses by utilizing lead nurturing mechanisms.
- Ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the program.
- Maintain client relations and develop business growth by introducing existing and new contacts within the education industry and nurturing resulting relationships for business generation.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers continuously to achieve sales targets within the allocated time.
- Generate ideas and organize competitions to motivate staff and increase sales volume.
- Ensure adherence to Admin, Finance, and HR policies.
- Develop business strategies and tactics aligned with goals and objectives.
- Monitor weekly performance of telemarketers and programs to meet goals and profit margins.
- Conduct effective recruitment, training, and management of staff and telemarketers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of three years' experience in outbound telemarketing, including at least one year in a team leader or supervisor role.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
