Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. This leadership role requires a blend of analytical thinking, team management, and hands-on sales execution to meet business objectives in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to build a high-performance sales culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
  • Track and report KPIs to senior leadership, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in IT services or a target-driven industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Strong command of sales strategy, pipeline development, and team performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Urdu

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B sales and/or complex solution selling
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Consultative Selling)
