Job Description

The Digital Collections Stack Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing delinquent accounts through digital collections, while enhancing digital collection strategies.

  • This position involves identifying accounts based on required strategy, creating, executing, and monitoring campaigns, tracking their performance, and reporting.
  • Developing effective collections strategies for the UAE portfolio and assisting local collections units in Pakistan and Egypt develop effective strategies is crucial.
  • Delinquency flows will be managed, and our approach will remain customer-centric and business-centric, driven by data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with delinquent accounts using the digital collections stack.
  • Through meticulous portfolio analysis, tailored digital collection strategies will be developed along with the line function and implemented to recover payments from customers who are behind on their accounts.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking are highly valued in this role.
  • Candidates will work closely with Digital Collections squads to further develop features of the digital collections stack and expand its reach to other regions.
