Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rigger Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting basic line of sight surveys for radio links and ensuring accurate measurements.
  • Cabling and installing connectors with precision and care.
  • Installing equipment at various types of towers and conducting thorough inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performing routine tower maintenance and light repairs to prevent equipment failures.
  • Installing poles and other support structures as needed.
  • Installing and dismantling towers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inspecting towers regularly to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience or be a fresh graduate with a strong foundation in relevant skills and knowledge.

A Matriculation/Intermediate qualification is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of equipment at towers.
  • Inspection of towers to ensure they are safe and functioning correctly.
  • Basic cabling and connector installation to support reliable communication networks.
