Installation Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to install software and configure hardware at restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install software and configure hardware, including receipt printers, cash drawers, and tablets.
  • Conduct remote installations via video conferencing when necessary.
  • Provide training to restaurant staff on effective use of the software, including order processing, reporting, and daily operations.
  • Ensure each installation is complete, functional, and user-ready before handing it over.
  • Offer clear documentation and post-installation support if required.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of software and hardware setup, including Windows systems and networking.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client locations, mainly restaurants.
  • Comfortable using remote tools like video conferencing for installations and training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
