Job Summary

The Strategic Account Professional is responsible for nurturing and expanding key customer relationships to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will report to a senior manager and be accountable for achieving sales targets and objectives in assigned accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establishes strong, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinates the involvement of necessary company resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Account Planning: Leads joint company-customer planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
