Leading a Creative Team as an Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping the visual style and strategic direction of our advertising campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials.

  • Develop and oversee the creative strategy and visual direction of advertising campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage a team of talented designers, illustrators, and photographers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all creative materials are aligned with our brand message and marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, as well as 8+ years of experience in art direction or a similar role. A portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, originality, and attention to detail is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, illustrators, and photographers.

Requirements:
