Site Management Professional

As a Site Management Professional, you will oversee the technical and administrative aspects of our site installations. This role involves collaborating closely with our Manager of Sites to ensure timely completion of tasks related to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify accurate drawing sizes for kitchens, doors, and wardrobes to meet customer orders.
  2. Mark points for kitchen installations (gas, plumbing, electric) and lighting in wardrobes.
  3. Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to address site challenges and ensure work is completed before installation.
  4. Perform pre-delivery inspections to confirm site readiness according to IWM standards.
  5. Create checklists, provide solutions, and verify them technically before forwarding to relevant teams.
  6. Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams to address site-related queries.
  7. Resolve all technical matters at the site safely and effectively.
  8. Verify contractors' bills and expenses to ensure accurate billing and budget control.
  9. Conduct final inspections of products after installation and finishing, ensuring QA points are resolved before handover.
  10. Lead and manage site and contractor labor for efficient and productive site management.
  11. Report site status and progress to the Site Manager daily and weekly.
