Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and administrative aspects of our site installation teams. You will work closely with our manager to ensure that tasks related to installation are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify kitchen dimensions, door sizes, and wardrobe layouts prior to ordering.
  • Mark plumbing, gas, and electric points in kitchens, as well as light fixtures in wardrobes.
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to address any site challenges and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure sites are ready for installation according to IWM standards.
  • Develop checklists, provide solutions, and verify technical feasibility before forwarding to relevant teams.
  • Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams to resolve site-related queries.
  • Resolve all technical issues at the site safely and properly.
  • Verify contractors' bills and expenses to ensure accurate billing and budget control.
  • Conduct final inspections of products after installation and ensure all quality assurance points are resolved before handing over the site/project.
  • Lead and manage site labor and contractor teams to ensure efficient and productive site management.
  • Report site status and progress to the sites manager daily and weekly.

Requirements

This role requires strong technical skills and experience in site supervision, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
