Job Title: Sites Supervisor

">Job Description:

Sites supervisors are responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of installation teams, assisting managers in closures of tasks related to installation. They verify drawing sizes, kitchen doors, wardrobes for orders, point marking of kitchens and lights marking in wardrobes. Sites supervisors conduct site inspections, meetings with client architects and contractors regarding site challenges, ensuring completion before installation.

">Responsibilities:
  • Verify contractors' bills and expenses for accurate billing and budget control.
  • Conduct final inspections of products after installation and final finishing, QA points to ensure resolution before handing over the site/project.
  • Lead and manage site and contractor labor for efficient and productive site management.
  • Report site status and progress to the sites manager daily and weekly.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
