We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of an Operations Support Executive.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Enter and update data into relevant databases accurately and efficiently. Ensure seamless integration of new information, maintaining existing records, and verifying accuracy through regular audits.
  • Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source documents for discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  • Error Handling: Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities promptly.
  • Reporting: Generate reports, store completed work, and perform backup operations as necessary.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position with a strong track record of accomplishment.
  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy) with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data programs.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software applications used in data management and reporting, including ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality results under tight deadlines.
