Job Title: Engineering Project Manager">

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. You will oversee the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

The role involves defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle. Your tasks will include direct and managing project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, drafting and submitting budget proposals, and negotiating with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel.

You will also participate in software analysis, design, development, and support activities in conformance with the development and quality standards. Other duties include identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team, managing project dependencies and critical path, tracking project milestones and deliverables.

Additionally, you will develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactive management of changes in project scope and identifying potential crises are essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, more than 7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience. Proficiency in various software platforms and technologies is expected.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering.
  • More than 7 years of work experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in various software platforms and technologies.
