Job Title: Strategic Demand Planner

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic demand planning initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

About the Role:

This role is accountable for developing and implementing effective demand planning processes, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts, utilizing statistical models and market intelligence.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of demand plans.
  • Lead inventory health management initiatives to minimize obsolescence and excess stock.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning, applying insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
