Accounting Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Executive to join our team. As an Accounting Executive, you will play a key role in helping businesses manage growth, resources, costs, and risks through integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with assigned team members on new client onboarding and setup, completing assigned accounting tasks, including routine bank reconciliations, journal entries, AP, and AR, drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements, assisting in developing financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts, compiling and analyzing financial information, supporting project managers in transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems, and performing other roles as assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting/financial management, including preparing financial statements according to GAAP. You should also have excellent technical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
  • CA Inter or ACCA Affiliate (all papers passed)
  • Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management, including preparing financial statements
  • Ability to generate, prepare, and review general ledger, journal entries, records according to GAAP
  • Identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity to improve accounting processes and procedures
  • Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to work with team members, plan, and execute work on time and within budget
