Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and present network performance, field activities, and project updates for executive dashboards and strategic reviews.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating field operations related to network rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison between executive management, field teams, and support departments to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Track key operational metrics (e.g., fault rates, resolution times, preventive maintenance) and flag deviations to relevant teams.
  • Monitor and support implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across wireline field operations.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Electrical/ Power/ Telecom Engineering.
  • Experience in fixed line Telecom Services Provider from deployment to post sales services.
