Marketing and Sales Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams, drive business growth, and develop effective strategies to expand market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Market Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and key partnerships.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Team Motivation and Productivity: Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Campaign Execution: Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  3. Brand Positioning: Develop brand positioning and awareness strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
  4. Content Creation and Social Media: Oversee content creation, social media strategies, and promotional activities.
  5. Product-Alignment: Coordinate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  6. Advertising Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT.
  3. Track Record of Success: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
  7. Project Management: Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
