Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Quality Oversight: Monitor suppliers' adherence to specifications and quality plans through in-line/final inspection, process audits, and off-line quality tests.
  • Quality Reporting & Documentation: Establish robust reporting mechanisms for supplier quality performance, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective action statuses.
  • Defect Analysis & Mitigation: Continuously analyze supplier defect reports and trends, collaborating closely with suppliers to identify root causes and implement effective counter-measures to reduce defects.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Lead thorough investigations into customer complaints related to supplier quality issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to determine underlying causes and implement robust counter-measures.
