Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our applications. As a seasoned QA professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated test suites to ensure the functionality and stability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to identify defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Design and implement test cases, test scenarios, and procedures to ensure efficient defect detection and resolution.
  • Investigate customer complaints referred by technical support and provide solutions or escalate to relevant teams as needed.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing and quality engineering.
  • Excellent functional testing skills and knowledge of testing cycles.
  • Basic knowledge of automated testing principles and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of load testing principles and tools.
  • Experience with TFS and VSTS.
