Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Professional to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, managing campaigns, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with business clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Grow the company's global presence and increase client engagement through effective marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify gaps in the current market strategy and suggest improvements to strengthen marketing efforts by conducting thorough research on trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Campaign Management: Create and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and market research methodologies, proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that lead to business growth, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
