Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meeting individual monthly sales targets by applying effective sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Strategies: Developing, creating, and revising marketing strategies to promote products or services and increase brand awareness.
  • Event Management: Planning and managing events, public gatherings, and presentations for different delegations and meetings.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors and monitor their marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Background Knowledge: Strong background knowledge of the housing industry.
  • Computer Skills: Computer literacy and database management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and local languages.
  • Written Communication: Strong written English communication.
  • Personality: Good personality and strong interpersonal skills.
