Job Title: Digital Marketing and Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for growth and profit.
  • Enhance organic search optimization and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct regular keyword research to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Identify key SEO performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and optimize search marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize existing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for better results.
  • Manage budgets and bids for cost-per-click (CPC) keywords in paid campaigns.
  • Monitor website redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
  • Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to grow profitable traffic.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Identifying user personas for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Identifying problems and implementing timely solutions.
  • Suggesting process and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborating with the development team to implement SEO best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with content management system (CMS)-driven websites, particularly WordPress.
