Job Title: Plant Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our plant equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program that adheres to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program that prioritizes planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventories.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of maintenance plant equipment through regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Serve as a supervisor for plant maintenance personnel and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Foster open communication among maintenance technicians to address maintenance-related issues effectively.
  • Assist with hiring processes for maintenance personnel and conduct performance reviews.
  • Update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
  • Closely monitor the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
  • Initiate and lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
