Senior Logistics Management Position

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Korean Bilingual Logistics Business Operation/Logistics Account Director. This individual will be responsible for supporting warehouse management and strategic planning, overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, identifying trends and making recommendations for warehouse operations, improving productivity and employee training, communicating with clients on projects and shipping schedules, conducting performance reviews and investigating service issues, ensuring security and safety in warehouse operations, analyzing and improving warehouse and employee productivity, identifying new business opportunities and developing sales channels, promoting company products/services and meeting sales targets, and monitoring overall business operations for profitability and continuity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field, 13+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or logistics sales, a thorough understanding of transportation modes (trucking, rail, air, ocean), ability to build trust with clients at all levels, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Korean bilingual required, and willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
