Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to drive sales, market expansion and business growth in the Middle Eastern agrochemical sector.

This role requires technical expertise in agrochemicals, commercial acumen and strong client relationships. If you have extensive experience in agrochemical sales, technical support and surfactant chemistry, we encourage you to apply.

  • Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and establish new business opportunities in chemical and agrochemical sectors across the Middle East.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with customers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
  • Technical Support & Product Training: Provide expert guidance to customers and sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemical applications.
  • Competitive Analysis & Business Strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competition and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work with R&D, marketing and operations to position Surfactant Chemicals for sustainable business growth.
  • Sales Planning & Performance Metrics: Develop sales forecasts, KPIs and revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in agrochemical sales, technical support or surfactant chemistry.
  • Degree in Chemicals, Agriculture or related field (Sales & Marketing experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in market expansion, business leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agrochemical formulations and application science.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills for business engagement.
