Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement annual marketing plans in conjunction with the sales team, driving business results through effective marketing strategies.
  • To manage marketing budgets and direct marketing teams where applicable, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • To oversee all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • To achieve frequent, timely, and positive media coverage across all available media channels, enhancing the company's reputation.
  • To manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, staying ahead of market trends.
  • To conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products, informing business decisions.
  • To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
  • To maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values, promoting a positive work environment.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the marketing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with a company in a related sector, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, enabling informed business decisions.
  • A willingness to travel and work collaboratively as part of a global team of professionals, embracing diversity and inclusion.
