We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our software projects in the US. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in software project management, with a strong background in programming. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Analyze project performance using relevant metrics and tools, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project agility and flexibility.
  6. Ensure compliance with project management best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on software development.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Gantt charts, and MS Visio.
  6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
